Does anyone know of a good WHOLESALE SIP provider? I am looking for some cheap rates, I'd also like the option of moving customers telephone numbers over.

There are many out there who do direct SIP and many of them also provide wholesale rates.

www.les.net and www.callwithus.com are two I presently use for DIDs (though I'm not sure on if they both offer wholesale or not).

Also a higher end provider that comes to mind is bandwidth.com whom I also looked into.
