Hello,
We are in the need of a Cobalt RAQ3 and or 4 for testing purposes only.
Therefore we only need a basic configuration and about 1GB of data transfer.
We need a month-to-month contract.

Thought I would like to give you some more options....
Try rackshack.com. They have rag 4i/128/20GB for only $99/mo including 1 IP and 66GB bandwith (average measured). Setup fee is a bit expesive, but I guess you can't beat that price for raq 4i. Not sure about the quality of their support.... but worth a try, just call them...
Another option: go with 4webspace.com. They have raq 3 with only 32 MB (basic, but works fine if you just want to test them) for only $99/mo, including 100GB traffic (Try to beat this! :) ). I think they don't have setup fee.... Their reputation has been very good if not excellent...
