Hello,

This email is to welcome you to eHostSource.com hosting services. As
you
know, Comistic.com is no longer involved in the sales and support of
Unix
resellers. You are receiving this email because you have a reseller
account which was formally owned by Comistic but is now residing on
servers operated by eHostSource.com

We will be supporting all accounts formally administered by Comistic,
though we will not be selling any aditional reseller accounts at this
time. This means that you will not be able to submit reseller support
request directly from our site, but you may use the following link to
submit these requests.....

http://fs3.formsite.com/iwebmarketing/form500324422/index.html

There will also be some changes with regards to the billing system.
Rather than send out Paypal requests every time your reseller payment
is
due, we will be sending out links to Paypal payment with automatic
subscriptions. This will simply the billing process for everyone.
Pricing
will remain the same as they were with Comistic.

The shutdown at Comistic was unexpected. We realize there has been a
significant delay in this update. We do apologize for the inconvenience
and appreciate your patience during the transition period.

We look forward to working with you.

Kind Regards,
eHostSource.com

This should be the last thing to do ...but if they are not responding to your requests and have offered you a refund, i would recommend a chargeback. Again, this is not something you should do unless you really cannot get it in any other way.
