I am in the need of a script that will do the following:

Allow user to:
Upload a picture and have it resized to a preset size.
Upload about 5 fields of information regarding that picturer.
Store all above information in a mysql database.

There may be some scripts out there to do this already, but if not I can write one for you. I already have some php code that I can modify and add to to create just what you need. Send me a pm or contact me via one of the im networks in my profile if you're interested.
