Hi all!
I decide to learn how to run server. I'm web designer, but I'm clueless about running server. I have rebuild old pc (800mhz, 384ram, 40gb,...) so I can learn on it. I decide to start xampp and later try with something harder. What I need now is a free windows control panel. It doesn't have to be the best as long as it runs. Does anyone can tell me which one to use? And another thing.. In which folder do I have to install CP? Does anyone know where I can see a good tutorial about runing and installing programs on server?

Are you installing Apache with XAMPP or are you planning to use IIS?

CP=cPanel? cPanel isn't supported on windows yet. Your best bet is Plesk.

http://cubepanel.com/index.htm cubepanel has a lite version (free, 30 domains limit) which can run under windows. That may help you.
By the way, if you're going production, forget about XAMPP it's not really secure, it's made for developpement. ;)
If you plan to use IIS/asp.net you might look into dotnetpanel: http://dotnetpanel.com/Default.aspx which has a free version (10 websites).

Thank you for all replays.
I know cpanel doesn't run on windows, that's why I was asking for panel that runs on windows. I know xampp is not for professional usage, I'll be using it for home training and developpement. When I learn how servers works, I will start to use more professional software. I just don't want to pay for softwear that wont make me money. My goal is to run my dedicated server sometime next year or maybe in the end of this year. I will use pro softwear for that one.
I decide to start with Zpanel for now.

Ah, alright. Have you ever heard of Parsv Control Panel? (Parsv.com (http://www.parsv.com/))

If you plan to have less then 5 domains you could try Helm Lite 5 which is free (license)..
Perfect if you are using this machine as a dev / intranet server or something...

Go for Helm 3 now .. Fast and stable and later can be upgraded to Helm 4.
