Hello everyone,

I have two domains i got pushed away from Registerfly to eNom. However, because of the delays involved in getting the domains away and eNom's refusal to get a certified prepaid visa gift card as a form of payment because of the country i reisde in, the domains got expired and are about being deleted.

But can someone help and tell me if it is still possible for me to get these domains restored back to me before they are finally deleted? I understand website.in, now aswerable.com, has a way of restoring such domains manually, but i am not sure if eNom does thesame thing. I have asked eNom if they do but it seems their respose is too slow for my liking. Can someone here offer any way out, please?

Thanks and cheers!

Bolu

eNom will not renew the domain without payment. Send them a wire transfer if it's urgent. Funds should be in there account within 1 business day.

(I don't accept prepaid visa gift cards from certain countries either.)

Thank you Mrzippy for your reponse. Are saying I can still get the domains renewed even though they are at the finla stage of being deleted? I have sent a check to enom and it should get to them any moment from now. I just want to be sure i can get my domains back. Please let me hear from you or any one soonest.

Thanks and cheers!

As long as enom holds the domain, then there is still the possibility of getting the domain back.

Is it still in redemption status? If so, then you can get it back.

Be sure to also do a search in the auction system, and it might be listed there.

Also call them and try to talk to someone about it. This is the best way to get support since you can actually speak with them...

As MrZ says It very much depends on the status of the domains - are they expired, rgp, extended rgp - at each of those it is possible to get them back, but the longer you leave it, the more it will cost.

If these domains are important to you, dont wait until the last minute to renew them - with most TLDs/ccTLDs you can renew/extend them well before due date to stop this kind of problem occurring

I got my domains back. I sent a check to eNom and my domains have been restored to me at the usual amount. I am highly impressed by the assistance and gesture given to me at eNom. I thought I was going to lose the domains after they were about being dropped. eNom, if you can read this, thank you so much.

And to my good friends, MrZ and Othellotech. Thanks so much for your contributions and encouragement in this thread. I am really grateful.

Cheers!
