Hello! Since this topic pertains to 'Running a Web Hosting Biz' I believe it is appropriate to post here.

My question is, we are currently building a system to allow hosting companies to accept credit card payments on their website and would like to get some ideas as far as fees are concerned.

Current pricing scheme
========================
One Time Account Activation Fee: $49.95 Per Month
Per Transaction: 2.59%

No Transactions fees or other fees involved

Please let me if this is appropriate, unforunately I cannot post the url yet since this thread would be deemed as advertising.

Appreciate any comments you may have.

like that :D

I don't think you will be able to offer 2.59% rate without any other fees... (ie. charge back fee, per transaction fee, ACH etc.)

Good luck with your new business, i like your idea...

Thomas. Yes, we sure will! We have the buy rates for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Yes. It is a one time fee. There are no monthly fees. We just take the percentage. There is indeed a chargeback fee and a international wire transfer. There is no electronic transfer fee.

If any other questions or suggestions, let me know.

At this time, we cannot disclose that. We will once we are open :)
