I am looking for a host that has great tech support and uptime, including the following as the main things i need:
- 200mb disk space
- 8-10gb monthly data transfer
- around $10/month
- php, CGI, C/C++, and perl support
- more than 5 mysql databases
- more than 5 FTP accounts
- domain hosting
