Hi,

I set up a new account on July 4th that needed some domain pointers set up. I had prefaced this earlier in the week by asking the host if they woudl be able to do this through the holiday. They assured me they would be working through the 4th and weekend. So within 5 minutes I get an email saying they will provide a detailed answer on July 5th. Well it is july 6th and I still am not set up. Is this acceptable? I know it is a holiday weekend but they assured me that they woudl be working this weekend. I am not even expecting it finished since it involved several domain pointers set up to point to sub folders on one account..just some communication after I sent two emails and added 2 replies on the support ticket for an update. No contact.

Have you tried phoning them? I notice a toll-free number on their site.

888.535.5443 toll-free
303.524.1450 tel
303.524.1495 fax

Geekpipe, have you tried going through the icontrol system? You can add subdomains there yourself, I believe.

FWIW, I have a ticket open with them from 7/1/02, and a response 2 hours later saying more info will be provided the next day. It is 5 days later and nothing else has been heard. Calls to their toll-free number put me in their voicemail system.

Maybe it's just the holiday weekend?

Hi...

Well I could set it up i guess..but I do need to get some info on where to upload my files(ftp login/pw), SQL db info etc. Dont you think I should have gotten this info that day so I could at least get my sites set up?
