Well boot is kinda not the right term...
Replaced power supply in computer...
Boots great...
Runs fine..
No issues...
Turn off computer...
Turn on works fine..
Test reset switch...
Works fine..
Shut off computer for night...
Next morning...
Turn on...
Get BIOS beep... Then the computer powers off... (ATX Mobo)..
Not always the same BIOS POST code at the time when the power shuts off...
Sometimes 52 (Checking memory)
Sometimes 62 (Reference says 'Reserved')
But, none the less... After the BIOS beep (a normal beep) it simply powers off...
All connectors to Mobo and to power supply are firmly seated and nothing else seems to be wrong...
Any suggestions from hardware guru's out there?

I've tried a few things...
BIOS is Ok..
-- Reason for believing - Powered on w/out video card get approiate error beeps...
Powered on w/out all un-needed card (Ethernet/Sound/Etc)... Same problem.
Anyone have any suggestions out there?
Anything just to try to rule out other causes?
Yank all of the RAM out and then try booting one stick at a time. RAM causes some weird errors when it craps out. If that doesn't fix it, at least you’ll know your RAM is good :) Good luck!

OK... Not the RAM...
So how about this...
Disconnected everything except the video card and keyboard...
EVERYTHING (No drives plugged in (power/ or IDE cables to the Mobo)... absolutley nothing.
Just Mobo, RAM, Video...
SAME PROBLEM.... I think I might know.. But, I want an outside answer first instead of tainting the jury pool :D.
I had a power supply that did this kind of thing once. It also fried a few processors before I figured it out. So you're basically down to three possibilities: 1) power supply 2) processor 3) system board. Based on your first post, I'm betting on the new PS. Let me know how it turns out, I'm very curious now.

Next thing I'm going to try is to plug in the old (not broken, simply replaced, preventitive repair) PSU...
If that doesn't work I'm going to remove the MB from the case and boot from cardboard to see if there are any grounding issues...
After that.... Man.. break out the voltmeter and start poking at things.... B/c then I'd be out of ideas.
What processor are you running and what wattage is the old & new power supply? I hope you have your voltmeter handy :)

OK... How about this...
Plugged old PSU up... bios posts fine...
So.. Go back plug Enlight up... bios posts fine...

I know the molex from PSU to Mobo was seated fine!...
I'm completely lost... But, it works... I think... Now to plug everything else back up again...
Update:
Well...
Powered up w/ the enlight and ran through a few BIOS settings... All was normal...
Rebooted and it shut off again...
Reboot and it shut off earlier then before.. Successive attempts did the same...
So I figured it was overheating...
Let it cool off... Rebooted and went straight to the PC Health..
Temperature climbed steadily and leveled off at 122F... Nothing too horrible...
But, it will occasional get past the BIOS POST... but, most of the time it simply will cut off before the screen will even turn on...
I guess we'll have to wait till tomorrow to find out for sure :) I'm still betting on intermittent problems with the new PS.

I'm kinda dittoing that....
I'm unsure if I have all of the connections from the PSU -> Mobo right....
I'm googling to find a good picture....
