I have a client that has asked me to quote on creating a simple online program for checking account reconsilliation. The kind just like on the back of your paper checking account statement, only as a PHP or Javascript, that will basically just add and subtract from the various columns of user entered amounts.

The client is a financial institution and they are implimenting online statements and want to offer account reconsilliation just like with paper statements. They aren't looking for the reconsilliation application to tie into the online statement system, but be something that the user manually enters the info from their check book register.

I don't know where to find a custom programmer that can create such an application.

Can anyone give me some suggestions of outside programmers that can help me with this development?

Actually, this is the right forum to ask for suggestions. :)

But if you want to advertise for a programmer or look through ads posted by programmers, the advertising forums are the place to look.
