I am looking for some help on putting together a podcast and possibly some video on as site I am working on. Can anyone provide 1) worthwhile links that give the in's and out's and the do's and don'ts of Podcasting? (how to) 2) any software (free base?) that would be great to utilize for putting together some video for a site?

I am really really new to this but very interested
