I have a rackshack AMD server that go down every 3-5 days! As the traffic on the server is not very important (about 20 Gb bandwidth). I am no sure this is because of heating problem…
Because of this I plan to move to other company. Can someone recommend me a good hosting for a similar price (eservers.biz servers are sold out)?
Thanks for any help!

I also have a RS AMD server before. But I ordered it from Denis. They are so nice that to replace my AMD with a intel server. The problem is just like yours, down every several without any reason. Ask RS if they are willing to replace your server.

If Rackshack won't replace your server with an Intel processor, why not just dump the AMD server and get one of their Celeron servers? Assuming that you like their service and everything, they'll be no reason to look for a completely different company.

Why not TELL rackshack about your situation
open a trouble ticket
i am sure they will gladly replace Hardware

Our employees are under STRICT orders to graciously replace any defective server ..... especially the XP 1900s.
In the case of the XP 1900s that we sold for $99/month, we have offered customers with troubles a swap to a Celeron 1.3 with 1 GB Ram, if they are having trouble.
The Celeron is vastly more stable, and at the 1.3 level, has an upgraded OBC and bus speed.
You should ask for the Rackshack supervisor on duty to assist you when you call.

What goes down? Apache? or the entire server. You are saying you have to go enter a reboot ticket every 5 days?
