Here is a speed test file for testing download speeds. Keep in mind that you are limited by your local ISP on speeds but the server that this file is on is using a 100Mbit port just like the ones that come with the servers that we sell.

How much to add one G ram on core2duo deal?

Is fantastico included with cpanel? If not, how much for fantastico?

To add 1 gig of ram it would be $100 if you wanted to add that to the server. THat is a one time setup fee and there would be no addition to the monthly cost. This is a discounted price on a memory upgrade since this is a special. Usually the cost would be higher.

How could I order one G ram upgrade as your sign up process try to proceed $270 instead of $100

Just make a note at the end of your order and I will take care of it for you. teh $270 is our regular price and the $100 is closer to the actual cost of ram right now which has gotten cheaper. So don't choose the ram upgrade when you place the order, just make a note and referrence that you talked to me.

Just placed the order, the requested server name is KING.**.com. But the verification is not success. Thus I called the DC by phone and Mr Eric picked up the phone and he said we will need to do manual verification by send the scan of both credit card and photo ID.

We can do windows if you like although our security package that is included is a linux package. Windows is $25 per month for the license. If you wanted windows on the low end $79 server then add $25 to the price. If you want windows on the other servers that have Cpanel, then the net difference would be an additional $6 per month for windows since we will not have a Cpanel license on there.

I run the speedtest and only got up to 300KB/s, on a 8 Mbit line, which is very low.....

Where are you at? That is slower than it should be but it depends on a lot of things. We are on the west coast and you should be able to get 600 - 900Kb/s throughout the US as I have been doing tests with people all week. If you are in Europe or somewhere else, it may be slower.

I am in Europe, but never had any problem with other providers from US....Always getting a 800-900KB/s FULL speed.....

That was our mistake. Got you mixed up with someone who said to take our time
and not build the server for a few days. You should have everything now.

I think most of this was handled in the ticket. Our usual practice is to only setup one ip and then give them out as a client needs them and it looks like the tech setting this server did not see the note about the 5 that you needed. Rdns is something that you would setup in our client interface. We have created an easy interface for you to be able to do that at any time for any and all of your ip's. the server will be secured by our security guy in the morning. We have added a lot of custom security work on this latest SecureIT Pro package and we need to make sure that it is configured properly which is above our basic level tech's understanding.

Again, I apologize for the confusion, we had a pretty big response on this sale and setup a lot of servers this weekend and we had got you confused with someone else who wanted us to take our time on the install.
