I help people on so many forums and now I am on your forum and I can even send a pm to anyone that ask for my help. I need this access I see it said you need to make 5 post so I have done so and still it tells me I cannot send pm or even look at people's profile.

Well you are rude... About 4700 people on the other forum I am active on. I just get bored with the same questions over and over again so I figured I would come here and help people with questions.

Why do you feel the need to do so via PM? Surely you'd be helping more people if you did so within the threads?
