I have an existing real estate site currently running on Joomla. I'd like to get off of Joomla and therefore need someone to "deJoomla" the design and create a php/html template which I can use to clone the rest of the static pages of site.

I also need someone familiar with Wordrpess, to help incorporate some of the Wordpress snippets (latest articles, latest comments) into the homepage design.

I don't necessarily need a new design just yet, but will consider any suggestions if easy to do at the same time.
