SWSoft Engineers are unsure as to why this is happening...

I moved my VHOST directory via the transvhosts.pl script available in psa/bin directory, and upon creating the hosting package for domains, I'm returned with this error:

Error: Unable to update hosting preferences: hosting update failed: skelmng failed: Empty error message from utility. skelmng failed: Empty error message from utility.

Any information would be greatly appreciated guys.

They are the ones who developed the script so I'm wonder how any of us will be able to give you more insight since they have the inside scoop on the Plesk software.

What are some of the other factors involved? What OS are you running? What is the reason for the move?

FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE-i386, Plesk 8.1.

I was thinking it may have been a permission error, so I chmod 777'ed it all and still nothing.

Reason for the move is because I don't want my VHOST directory to reside on the system partition, rather there is a mirrored setup on the server (RAID 0).
