But you already offer hosting and servers, so how you going to sign a non compete?

The non-compete will say that I'm not going to tell your customers that I offer hosting - or accept orders from any of your customers, should they find me.

I've done tech and billing support for other hosting companies for a long time. There's never been any conflict because I am very discreet and honorable when it comes to dealing with customers of other companies.
