i just renew my domain from 1 week ,
now i want to transfer it to another registrar bec. i can not access the control panel of domain , but it is unlocked , i have EPP code

can i transfer it now without problem or i must wait 60 days to do transfer ??

If is regiosterfly, TRANSFER OUT. You lost the year payed, but no much problem. I do that some days ago with 2 domains renewed 3-3 , then was 8.99+5=13.99 renewal but not lost the domains.

To answer your question. Yes. You can transfer it away. But if you do it up to 45 days after renewal the receiving registrar is not obligated to add one year to the registration, even though you have paid for the transfer. Many still do add the year. So you might want to check with your new registrar first, to see if they will add a year to your registration if you transfer it before the 45 days are up. Better o ask without mentioning the domain.

Apart from the domain being unlocked and having the EPP code, you will need to have a valid email address in the domain's Admin Contact email address, which you have control over and can receive emails. You need this to approve the transfer request from the receiving registrar.

The are a couple of situations with certain registrars which might block the transfer. But if the registrar is neither Registerfly nor GoDaddy, you won't have to worry about them.

I think the above is only true if the domain was renewed AFTER expiry. If it was renewed before expiry, the extra year is always added on, even with a transfer within 45 days of renewal.
