You need the Losing registrar aprproving the transfer, If is Registerfly or some others you receive soon or briefly before a email to approve the transfer. Do it.

Usually the domain name will take quite a while to be approved for transfer at the losing registrar.

It means the losing registrar is aware that the domain is in the process of being transfered. It isn't anything to worry about. In fact, you should take heart that everything is going quite smoothly.

It can take 5-10 days to complete a transfer. Quite normal.

That's a tad too long. Are you transferring to or from GoDaddy. Go to GoDaddy's Pending Transfers and see if it's listed there. If yes, you can approve or authorize it. If not, then transfer is stalled. You need to try again.

Did you get the approval email from the receiving registrar? If not, check your spam filters.

If it's away from Godaddy, there will put a lock on it for 60 days if you recently changed any Registrant Contact Info.

from godaddy, support told me "talk with the new registrant, why domain is not there"

Did you get the approval email from the receiving registrar? If not, check your spam filters. <- no i didnt

If you didn't get the approval email from the receiving registrar, then the transfer would have been cancelled by now. Is your email address on the Admin Contact at the old registrar correct? If yes, you should try the transfer again.

I've never had a problem with Godaddy transfers, they always go through in < 24 hours, PROVIDING the transfer actually GETS to Godaddy ;).

If you've received the transfer mail, and approved it, go into the pending transfers section of your domains and see if it's there. If it is, approve it :)

the losing registrar is: Key-Systems GmbH
& new registrar : namecheap
4 calender day passed from begining of transfer requeast , i ask the support of NC : they answer :

Hello,
The current status of your domain transfer is:
Transfer Pending - Awaiting Release by Current Registrar
It means that there are not know issues at this time, transfer is processing as
normal. According to ICANN's 'Policy on Transfer of Registrations between
Registrars' (http://www.icann.org/transfers/policy-12jul04.htm), losing registrar
has 5 days to release the domain, from the moment they get transfer out
notification. You might want to contact them and specifically instruct to release
the domain to us.

is the Key-Systems GmbH registrar can stop or refuse transfer !!!
