I can't seem to remember the name of it but it's a script/program that allows you to integrate into any website and gives the user the ability to rotate banners on their website.

I can't remember the name of it but it started with "php" something... Maybe phpnews but I looked it up and it wasn't. I remember advertising with mamboservers.com and they used the same script I'm talking about. Anyone know what i'm talking about?
