I am looking for QuickSSL Premium SSL and Rapid SSL.. and looking for cheapest providers/resellers..

I have found $10/year Rapid SSL and $89/year QuickSSL Premium at this moment...

is there other you know where provide cheaper than that?

If so, could you share your information with WHT memebers?

personally I have never seen the Rapid SSL for $10/yr, the cheapest which I found it was $15.99/yr.

Why would you want to buy QuickSSL or GeoTrustSSL instead of RapidSSL?

Another difference is that Rapid SSL is only domain validated, and these come up a different that a fully validated cert.

GeoTrust QuickSSL On up are fully validated
Comodos Instant SSL is fully validated
VeriSign is fully validated
SBS - Ive heard horror stories with installation and browser recognition issues, but half their certs are domain validated only anyway.

I doubt you would get it for $10 at retail. It costs me about that much to purchase at wholesale..

Why is this? If the encryption strength is the same (which it is), then either should be as good as each other...

I think the price difference has more to do with liable insurances and warranties.

Namecheap has een offering ssl certs for a few buck if i remember correctly. And if you throw in a domain name it will cost you less !

QuiclSSL Premium certificates are present in mobile devices and smartphones whereas RapidSSL is not therefore the QuickSSL Premium has greater browser ubiquety.

QuickSSL Premium vertificates are still only domain validated. If you want your own company details within the certificate you need something like a True BusinessID OR an Extended Validation certificate.

I got myne from NameCheap just keep checking what offers they have on ;)
