Does anybody have some estimatations about prices on dedicated servers? Today, we can get a very powerful unmanaged dedicated server for about $120-$200 / month with at least 300GB traffic, some kind of cpanel, powerful CPU and enough RAM.

What are your predictions? How much will we pay for a similar system at the end of year? How about next July? What is the market trend?

Noone with some estimations? Am I the only one who is interested in this?

I think that the prices will go up at least 25%, probably even more especially if cogent bites the dust, which everyone predicts (who I speak to) LOL

For the record I think that "Cogent" will be around for a LONG time in MY opinion....... I now see them in NZ too.

Yeah, so no major changes ahead, business as usual LOL.....

Every year has the same questions to answer, it gets easier..... and cheaper with cogent...... Happy Sunday!!!
