Do any of you guys ever not get settlement checks/cheques from 2checkout?

I noticed I have been waiting around 3 months for mine, and never get any support from 2checkout themselves - when asking where the check is :(

I'm from Australia - So I would expect it to take around 4 weeks - but 12 is just silly ;)

Ouch. Paysystems.com wire the $$$$$ into my account when the amount reaches a certian level [detemined by myself]. Never had a problem. The money's always there. :)

Yep, paysystems are awesome ;-)

2checkout is just my backup account - i usually use it as a virtual terminal - the 2checkout guys seem more understanding of many transactions from the same IP

We have never had any problem with 2CheckOut payments. They always wire the money into our account (twice a month). If they've sent out a check to you and it hasn't gotten there yet, I don't see what they can do about it..

Do any of you guys ever not get settlement checks/cheques from 2checkout?It's happened once for us over the 10 months we've used 2Checkout for international billing. We'd waited 3+ weeks for 3 cheques and finally got in touch directly with Kristin@2Checkout whose name you see signed on all cheques they send out. Our issue was because of a billing error which 2Checkout fixed quickly and then wired us the funds which had not yet been received.

All in all their damage control was very good. We had a resolution to the problem within 30 minutes and they'd even offered to call me when more information about the issue was available.

Email sales@2checkout.com and you'll receive a quick response to a serious issue such as this.

Sincerely,

-Matt

I think that may be a violation of their terms of service. I dont believe you are allowed to enter the orders for your customers.

Card present orders - or faxed orders - I wouldn't think its a big deal
