Please help me with this, I'm not blind am I?

I think ripping a site design is very, very bad practice! What do you think about this?

There are some stylistic similarities, but other than using broken lines in similar places, and positioning the nam and tagline, they are really quite different. I wouldn't call this a rip at all.

The page background image is called bgcolorc.jpg, the same as the one on namecheap.

Hmm. Honestly I could probably find a 100 sites pretty easily that look pretty close to both. But IMO they don't look that much alike.

While I agree it's not exactly a rip. There are some striking similarilties:
- Header is quite similar with positioning of slogan at around the same place, just a bit to the left.
- Both logos have a reflection though I wouldn't call this one as a major point.
- The navigation looks very similar apart from a change of colour.
- The "Feature Includes" part on TopQHost has the exact same effect as the headings have on namecheap
- Looks like the same blue colour has been used, again not too major.
- The biggest giveaway in my opinion is the footer and how they look so different apart from changing of words. Look at the spacing between the '|' and 'domain features at Namecheap and then at the spacing between the '|' and 'shared hosting' at TopQHost.

open two browser windows and alt-tab between these two sites. the positioning is exactly the same, filenames are t he same, colorscheme is almost the same... I call this a rip.

has anyone contacted NameCheap regarding this? :)

Too much similarities if you ask me. Even if it's not a 100% copy, I would think I just visited the namecheap website. Colors, structure, stylesheet, it all looks the same.
