I'm looking for a system, preferably in PHP where you can enter details about employees, friends etc. and put x amount of pictures of them up aswell.
Would be great if it had a search function.

I think you're looking for something along the lines of a personals script but not for that exact purpose.

Maybe something like http://www.almondsoft.com/aprsfree.html would work.

There's a lot of script that you could accomplish this with, but chances are that you'll get a whole bunch of extra stuff you don't need. A custom script would be best.
