I like it--looks very friendly! I would suggest making the header more compact vertically (perhaps make the icons smaller and integrate the JobNox logo with the orange horizontal bar in order to move the body of the page up a bit).

looks alright. don't like the colors though, but that's just my opinion.

Yep... the color combination can be better.. need more contrast, I think.... Anyhow, the site loads fast. That's a good thing already... :)
