AFAIK only the problem of the TOS, and is not good in prices vs Directi and others.

I don't like them, but that's just my opinion.

maybe good for single domain customer with not heavy traffic.

i noticed good domains or multiple domain cutomers simetimes have problems due their TOS

if you tend to follow their TOS then you're safe
