Hi there wht'ers...

I'm a newbie in internet marketting. I have a very simple question for gurus and it's a hard question for me.

Scenario:

I have a domain name that I want to sell but I have a doubt in mind how does it process. I don't know what needs to do to sell a domain. How can I transfer my annual billing to the person who buy the domain that I was selling?

Please gurus I need help on this and suggestion would be gladly appreciated.

Thank you in advance wht'ers...

You can tell the buyer to open up a free account with the same registrar as the domain is currently registered and push the domain into their account.

What stu2 said is basically the easiest to do with enom and its resellers. But if you go with other registrar's like say 1and1 then you need to be careful when you transfer the ownsership because sometimes they charge you fees. 1and1 used to do it but now they implemented a feature similar to enom which makes the push process automated.

I have only dealed with this inside my own country before.
Then the same law apply for both the buyer and the seller.
And I feel more secure about the deal.

Internationally. How about the transfer of money?
What is the most normal way to do it?
Pay everything first? The half first - Then other half after?
Is PayPal safe to use, or can the buyer recall the money after he got the domain?
Any traps You could easily fall into?

you can always use escrow services such as escrow.com or sedo.com's escrow service

sedo would do everything for you, with escrow you need little experience
