Hello,
I signed up with these around 36 hours ago ... paid my money. I havent received an e-mail or anything to say that they have got my money or my account has been setup?

Anyone had this problem?

stargate?

Is that the domain registrar or someother company?

I transferred a domain to stargate one week ago, only got one message saying that the transfer is being processed. Then nothing happened since then.

The "check domain transfer status" told me the same "being processed" all the time. Successful or failed, I have no idea.

try that 'forgot your password?' form of the domain you transferred or bought... when I bought 5 domains in bulk for me a couple of my buddies, they emailed when the registration was through but didn't email me when it was registered and accessible through their control panel - so I just typed in one of the domains I bought and wala, send me the login info and I could go on from there...

(this was about 4 months ago... so who knows if they changed how they used to run things or not)

A lot depends on who your old registrar is....

For instance, with Opensrs, Dotster, or Enom you can generally expect a fairly rapid email for you to confirm and then a quick, smooth transfer.

On the other hand, from Network Solutions and register.com.....you never know what to expect....it may take you several attempts.

Signing up, are you referring to a bulk account? If so, they will email you as soon as your account is set up.

You mean you registered 20 domains? You should get 20 emails - 1 per domain that you registered, confirming that.
It takes 1 to 2 mins to receive them.
