My customers are asking for webdesign but i know little dreamweaver and photoshop,i thought to purchase templates from templatemonster but one of my friend said that there is a website , in which we can pay a little fees and download unlimited latest templates , can you name some good company with good service

I would agree; Go with a freelance designer. Granted, not all designers will deliver that high of quality, but you can find some really great designers at a low price. Plus your customers website will have a unique design rather than a template that has been used on who knows how many website.
