hey guys,

I am looking for a sitebuilder that is sold at one-off prices (not monthly leases etc) pr account/server/etc. It should:

1) Be very scalable
2) Be usable in all browsers
3) Come with nice templates
4) Come with ability to add our own template
5) Come with API's so it could be automated, even for custom control panels

Any input would be more than welcome...I have already been dealing with SW-soft, and I am not sure it will work out for me.

I highly doubt that you will find a company that offers all these things for a one-time fee.

Why?

Because it costs money to develop software, and keep it maintained and improved, etc.

For example, if you pay a one-off fee to purchase version 1.1 of a software... and then find out it has a bug.. wouldn't you expect to be allowed to upgrade to 1.2?

How do you think the developers are financed to create the new versions?
