Sorry but it can't get easier then this.

just try it first and then come back...

Unzip the files to your hard disk then FTP them to a folder your web server. Follow the direction in the readme file. If you get broken graphics, create a folder called images and put the graphics in there.

unzip, edit config.inc.php with the correct data, then upload...

....and dont forget to password protect this phpmyadmin directory too...
