View Full Version : Do you get answers from chatcircuit.net?

Hello,

I already sent two e-mails to chatcircuit.net to get some informations about their reselling plans, but didn't have any answers.

Many people seems happy with them as customers, but if they don't even reply me before I sign, I'm afraid for the future.

In fact, they're not the only one who didn't reply me, there are also cyberwings.com and complx.net...

Did you send in the inquiries today? If so, the delay may be due to the holiday. Most companies are probably working with a skeleton crew today.

No I sent the first e-mail to Chatcircuit on June 27th, and the second on July 2nd. But I didn't receive any answer to any of those e-mails.

I can't think it's normal that they (Chatcircuit or other companies)need more than 2 days to reply a few simple questions about their reselling plans. It's not yet a technical problem.
If they have as much problem for technical issues, how long will I have to wait for them to solve it ?

Vic normally reply in less than 6 hrs..maybe u can try AIM

Yeah contact him on AIM he will answer you fast. I have used these guys and they are great. The support is perfect also. They will work with you for as long as they can to help you get on track. Ill contact him now showing him this thread.

Resellerfr, you have my apologies for your not having received a reply to your inquiries.....although I have replied to all emails sent, and most certainly as far back as June 27th.

We get alot of bounce email back, and I dont know if this is the case with the replies I sent to you.... I dont actually know your email address as you did not include it in your post.

Normally I am available during the day from 7 AM to 9 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time - - GMT -8 hours) via AIM, ICQ, or MSN.
