I have account which Namecheap anh buy a lot of domains with them. Last week, when I fail to log on my account ( I type wrong password ) .The account is banned. I have written to their support and they told me submit Passport and Visa card , after I summited these documents I never receive response from them again. I write to them many reminders but still receive no answer. What I should do ?

Are sure the account is banned? I have an account there and once, I forgot my password and it wasn't banned but, I had to wait for a day (or was it 3?) before I could log in again.

Is there a phone support on Namecheap or something?

Maybe you can also contact the Namecheap owner on WHT :)

try to PM the user enetwork at WHT he is the owner i believe

Thanks for all your reply. They just reacive my account yesterday. The guy support me explain that he forgot my case until his boss remind him. I think it's OK.

I never had a problem with NameCheap, GoDaddy on the other hand is another story.

Originally, I thought this was my problem, but they curvamented the issue, and gave me the excuse of "charging back." Good thing you didn't fall into that trap.
