Just about ever Tier 1 provider has a datacenter in dallas or houston, some have one in austin or san antonio. Verio still has a data center open in texas, one of their premier facilities. www.colosource.com is a good place to look for facilities by location. Personally, I am in Colo4Dallas through AffordableColo, great service.
