Ok, I searched for any thread that might contain the answer to my question.

So here it is, with 'Skype In' is there any software you can download and install on your office machine or home computer. That turns your skype voip into an automated response system (ie. like those 1800 numbers 'press #1 for sales) ect..

If you know of any that are decent, does not need to be free.

Please reply back and let me know, or if you know of a better solution to my problem.

I want a voip that provides that kind of software or has the ability to work with that *** software.

I'll take everyones silence as a no, Skype does not offer that? Or outside 3rd party software developers have yet to think if it?

Are you looking for something like PrettyMay (http://www.prettymay.net/)?

Yes, that would be what I am looking for. A call center feature that can be added to SYKPE!

CallButler is another good one.

I think a good way of doing it would be to just forward the calls to your cell phone?

Ya, callbutler looks good, but it dosnt work well. Atleast it isnt too user friendly, and for some reason it has that "Powered by Callbutler.com" sounder at the start of a call which is not good.

Prettymay is ok, but still has bugs. Someone soon will get a PBX system made to run for small business and skype!

Anyone with further experience of callbutler?

Phone-queue capabilities that is either supplied by Skype (for a good price) or that can be run as a deamon on an external server (for example) is something I am curious about if it exists.

I wouldn't want to have to rely on the client and add-on programs for this functionality.

I don't think Skype provides such functionality (someone correct me if I'm wrong). But most VoIP providers that can do custom setups can do this easily. PM me for more details.

Why don't you just install TrixBox CE? and subscribe one of SIP trunk service...no limit on extensions or cocurrent calls...and nice web-interface.

Good luck.
