Anyone using it? Your thoughts? I used bobcares years ago for tech support and had some difficulties, but companies can certainly improve over time and back then they were entirely based in India and now I see they have a US office as well. Anyway, I'd like to hear from someone who has used or is still using their outsourced phone support services. Thanks.

Thanks, but that search returns no results. I've searched as well and I've even used Bobcares before (as I mention in my post) I am looking specifically for people that have actually used their phone support to see what their experiences were.

Oh , there's a ton of stuff on bobcares here, just not much regarding their phone support, other than the fact that they offer it.
