All plans show a listener limit only. You can broadcast 24x7 or for just an hour a month for the same price. You can also broadcast at 128kbps or 24kbps for the same price. Shoutcast reseller accounts have the ability to create more Shoutcast servers. Each Shoutcast server uses memory and CPU, thus the reseller accounts have the ability to use more memory and CPU, hence the (slightly) higher price.

Ok how about for 100 or 200 slots then?

For 200 I'd probably go for a small dedicated server.
