Never heard of them before but I went to the https website of theirs, chose no and it actually showed a lot more than the URL that you posted.

I have used it once... I dont know whether it was an issue with the name of the domain, or something, but it took me about a month to actually get the ssl certificate. From there it was generated wrong, so i asked them to regenerate it, and they finally got it right after an additional week.

I am in the same situation. I purchased the certificate but there was an error with it. I Sent an email to the address provided, and it has been 6 days and I still have not received a response.

Yes, they do sell the certificates for Enom, that is where I ordered it from.

Overall if you can get the certificate on your site, the price is really good. It claims the certificate is compatable with 99.3% of browsers. I would be able to give a better review if they ever get back to me to re-issue the certificate.

Update: I now have the reissued certificate from them installed. The downside is it is giving a security error when used with FireFox. I tested it with IE6 and Opera as well, and had no warnings with either of those. The price is good, just too bad it is not recognized by FireFox. :(
