I ask that because from your post above you offer for $89 1500GB of BW and we can get now 10 Mbps on your budget unmetered BW for the same price !?!...

We treat per GB pricing the same as the premium unmetered. So those servers are on a different network segment and connected to our core network differently. That is why the per GB servers are higher than the budget unmetered.

Yes, you can upgrade from 10 Mbps to 100 Mbps any time.

For reseller accounts simply fill out the form located at http://www.razorservers.com/legal/reseller_agreement.pdf We'll then email you with the details of your account.

Can we turn budget to dedicated BW at any time too?

Yes that can be done but would result in about 5 to 10 minutes of downtime while the server is physically moved onto the other network segment.
