could anyone tell me what would cause my serverbeach servers towards these error

Cache Error
connection to web site refused

suddenly my web sites are gone and I didnt do a thing to it .

https `ftp ` email are still working well but when I tried to enter a web site , it tells me it cant be found or cache error.

is this because of serverbeach's network problem ?
