Does kayako guarantee a delivery?

Oh your right. Thank you for the tip Steve. Yes we paid Kayako via credit card. It has been verified by the WHT staff, and there are no strings attached. We simply do not feel this was a invesment we should have made knowing we could have just had our programmers work on something that suite's our needs. RackFort, I guarantee you, theres no secrets.

This license has been taken care of, we would like to just update the community. Thank you all once again.
