I'm considering to resell Merchant Account Services (Merchant Accounts, Payment Gateways, POS Equipment, etc.) and needed some advice on which companies are providing the best wholesale discount rates, service, ease of implementation, technical service quality. Note: I cannot afford to pay 10,000 dollars to become my own ISO/MSP and while getting the best wholesale prices on products/services are a factor, I would rather pay a little more for better quality and support than end reselling with a company who is terrible.

Requirements:
Internet/Retail/Phone Order Merchants Supported
Reasonable Wholesale Pricing
Some Company History/Performance Quality (Support, Technical)

Please provide some information on what your reselling plans offer such as pricing, support, revenue structure, features included in reseller account, POS equipment offerings, etc.
