I want to use chronopay but I am not sure if they are legitimate or a scam site. Can anyone help? Any good or bad experiences you can share?

Chronopay has been around for many years and they are a good company, if you make a quick search on google you will not find many complains about them.

As far as I know then they require you to apply as a Company and do not accept sole traders, but ask them.
