... we're not offering new sales of the servers at this time.
... because You cant handle customers You have allready!!

Hi to all,

Well I want to inform all that allmanaged is now under Sago, support is same, and problems are same!!!

I have reseller account there, and in last 6 months, my server was down 2 times for more than 5-7 days, and couple times for few days in past 2 years!!!

Actually its down NOW for 7 days, and all replies what i have from support(after my 20-30 mails) is that there was HDD failure and they working together with PLESK team to restore account?!

For 6 days?! Second time?!
What kind of HDD's they use?! Second hand?!

If HDD is broken HOW one domain could be online?! And rest are down?!

Sorry for my poor english, but you will undersud what i want to say...

Do sago even do reseller accounts? Or do you mean, you have a reseller with someone that has a server located with sago?

Do you pay sago for services? And is it a server you buy from them?

This server is totally fixed now. Plesk migrations are a real bear, as there's no built in (or effective 3rd party way that I've ever seen) way to backup or restore a Plesk server, it takes a long time to fix them. Our apologies for the amount of time it took to get the server back up and running, but unfortunately, it was unavoidable.

We sold reseller accounts on a shared server with Allmanaged.
