I'm user of namecheap. I wrote too many mails to support but they don't answer me for a long time. So I wanted to write here maybe someone here me . ,
I'm in domain marketting business. 3 days ago i sold domain to a man in a forum with an auction.
That man told me that whether i can put the domain to sale (domain sale market) on namecheap. He told he will pay money with moneybooker.
I don't have moneybooker so he would pay to there and i would get the money from namecheap
I sold domain and 1 day after. for 85$
I entered to my account it was locked.
I sent mail to support to unlock my account. They told me to give telephone number. I gave them and they called me by phone. And tey told that i registered domain 2 days ago and how i sold it to 85$ .
And they told that they unlocked everything.
And they will investigate this subject. After that i heard that that guy used illegal credit card to buy this domain.
Today i sent mail to them to unlock my account.
And i saw that my accounts gives error like this

And the last one is the domain which registered by one man with illegal card is www.ed-journal.com
But i registered them 3 days ago . Check the list http://img258.imageshack.us/img258/7615/listrr3.jpg
They are still there
After that i checked their whois i saw that domains are now belongs to other people.
Namecheap dropped my Pagerank 5 domains without asking me and people registered them .
Now let's calculate what i lost
General pr5 domains are 70$ . I'm selling this domains in this price.
3 PR5 domains
www.ed-journal.com : 85$
www.josepcuni.com : 70$
bluefiredezign.com: 70$
And register prices : 7.88* 3 = 23.64 $
And the total is 248.64$
Do you see what i lost ?
And they didn't give any answer until now. I'm still waiting for answer. Micheal hear me . I'm bored of this thing.
Give my 248.64$ back.
or call me what every you want.
If you don't give i will think that you are ripping people.

I need an answer now

I think your calculations are a touch spurious really, although i do understand your frustration.

Snare,

Our risk department just got off the phone with you not too long ago. They called you in Turkey where you reside.

We also informed you that your account was closed and your transactions were not accepted as well as your domains deleted for high risk.

Our risk department also called and spoke to you several times yesterday yet you claim we haven't responded to you.

The fact of the matter is that they chose not to accept your transactions because

1. You are from a very high fraud risk country.

and

2. The domain you registered just a couple days ago and sold was purchased in our marketplace using a stolen credit card and didn't add up.

There was simply a lot of weird things going on with your account. Our risk department decided it was too much and decided to void the transactions. You were made aware of this.

Now we solved problems. I lost my 2 domains. But company paid register fees for that domains and they gave 1 of the domains back to me. I couldn't take the real prices of domains but i got register fees of domains. So we agreed and fixed problems .
