I have been with Surfspeedy for 3 years . Over the past there has been some major boo boo's on their end. The only thing that kept me from moving my account was the fact that I could not find a plan similar to Surfspeedy's at their price. They offer a heck of a deal. You can see their reseller packages in their website at surfspeedy.com . Thanks in advance everyone.

I would highly recommend HostNine.com if your looking for some serious service and support that is there for you around the clock and have plans equal to if not better than SurfSpeedy.
Another company is KevHosting.com which currently provides quality service and looking at ways of improving their customers experience with them. I am sure big things are on the horizon.

You can use host quote option to receive offers from hosting providers.
I'm sure that you will get a better deal than what you're using.

Try looking in the offers section. You may be able to find yourself a good deal!
More importantly, to help people give you better recommendations, what are your webspace/bandwidth requirements?

While I'm not saying that you can't find something close from a good host, I've found by experience that the old saying "Fast, cheap, and good -- pick any two" usually holds true. You got great resources for a good price but suffer on service.

I am tickled I found this board ...very helpful that is for sure.

Like everyone suggests, take look at the offers board. I then do some research on these forums and elsewhere to see if they have a good support rep. I get on their forums and ask some pre-selected pre-sales questions and if possible look at their support forum and see if you can get a feel for response times and quantity of issues.
One of my other posts has a list of (IMHO) quality hosts with reasonable prices.
