Any windows host with a SPLA agreement (which is all of them) can offer both, the big question is what they mark the price up to and if they're willing to support it. With all the new processors and larger memory requests. You'll see more support for Enterprise.

We use Enterprise for all the shared servers today and recommend it on all our dedicated clients that opt for the Dell 1950 or 2950 based servers.
