Hello,
I just got set up with my freestylehosting.com account today, and I just had to post based on the positive experience I had.
Simple put: Their service and customer support was amazing!
I emailed them with questions and a quote request on a friday and got a reply the same day (always a plus :) ). They were able to give me a gig of space, 20gb of transfer, and a dedicated IP all for only 15/month! At first I was a bit skeptical of how the support would be considering the price, but I was soon proven wrong.
I accepted the offer and was setup almost immediately. I had CPanel access and the works waiting for me with many options at my fingertips (this is coming from a Plesk service that was comparatively restricting). And I soon began to set up my account.
Well, my prior host had at times taken nearly a week (@_@) to get back to me with support requests. With freestyle, it was more like a few hours :D BIG change there. Plus, they always treated me with respect and were quite pleasant to talk to. All the remaining questions I had were answered easily and completely every time.
I now have everything set up on the new host. I had to make a few changes for db names and add some redirects for old URLs for some friends I host under my domain.

Those are both hosted now (DNS may not be updated though...).
I'm quite a happy customer. Hopefully, there are other customers of freestyle here who will agree. Seriously consider these guys when searching for your host!
